Description: A bill to amend the Food Security Act of 1985 to provide that if the Secretary of Agriculture creates a bonus rental incentive with respect to the placing of land used to produce a commodity into the conservation reserve, all previous contracts for placing land producing that commodity into the reserve must be renegotiated to provide the same increase in rental.
