Description: A bill to amend the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 to reduce the compensation of Members of Congress for any fiscal year in which outlays for non-defense programs are required to be reduced under an order issued by the President for such fiscal year pursuant to section 252 of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Act of 1985 by the uniform percentage by which outlays for such programs are required to be reduced under such order.
