Description: A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to authorize additional Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps scholarships for cadets at military junior colleges, to authorize the Secretary of the Army to provide that cadets awarded such scholarships may serve their obligated period of service in the Army Reserve or Army National Guard of the United States, and for other purposes.
