Republican Sen. Mark Kirk was caught on a live microphone Thursday joking that fellow Sen. Lindsey Graham is a “bro with no ho.”

“I’ve been joking with Lindsey,” Mr. Kirkcan be heard saying during a Senate Appropriations Committee markup, the Huffington Post first reported. “Did you see that? He’s going to have a rotating first lady. He’s a bro with no ho.”

Mr. Graham’s lack of children and a mate have become the topic of conversation as to whether voters will find him relatable in the 2016 presidential election. The Republican candidate joked recently that he’ll have a “rotating first lady” once he gets to the White House.

“I feel real comfortable with who I am and the life I’ve lived,” Mr. Graham recently told The Post. “The last time I checked, I didn’t see a sign on the White House that said ‘single people need not apply.’ “

Concerning the “ho” comment, Mr. Kirk’s office would only say that the senator was “joking around with his colleagues,” The Post reported.
